A recent ruling literally legalized bribary. Houses, trips, book deals, gifts, financial compensation, and actions from spouses... shall I go on? There's a recent video where a lady could EASILY have avoided a DUI charge. She's backed her car up onto her across-the-street neighbors' porch steps. She's found in her house by the police where she should have had a drink in her hand and said she started drinking "after" the incident to "steady her nerves".

The video was interesting and informative. Some constructive criticism, having an unseen person talking, and talking over other on camera speakers, is very confusing. Even if a guest is not going to have a live camera, an avatar with a talking indicator of some sort would help a lot. The first two times it happened I had to make sure I did not have another video playing in the background.

Drug recognition experts? Lol.

In a very recent California criminal pre-trial the public defender did nothing to object to a witness (merely a FRIEND of the arresting Deputy Sheriff!) presented by the DA (the ONLY thing presented by the DA). Jury Trial (pled Not Guilty) is scheduled for late February 2024, almost 4 years since the arrest. Can a Motion to Suppress still be filed at this time? Thank you for your reply.

Since the doctor knew what he did (previously) it was a little strange that he offered up such an answer to Paul Newman's question. That makes the film even more enjoyable. Also the interaction between Newman and the judge is excellent. I watch this film at least once a year.

Its a good legal movie. I've tried sixty jury trials, and its a lot more accurate than most litigation movies.

Terrific performance by Newman in a memorable role. The opening scene where Newman is falling against the office wall very drunk was great and I thought the scene where the nurse says "Who are these people?" in the testimony was great. Also, the finale of Newman's last speech was also memorable. I read the novel but Mamet's screenplay was outstanding. I agree that Newman was robbed of an Oscar for this performance.

Sir, I’ve watched all your videos and your command over subject matter inspires great confidence that if we were able to have a brief conversation you could prevent me from causing myself great harm by representing myself pro se and using constitutional arguements...in other cases there were failures in the officers reason to contract me, I have a variety of cases. Motor vehicle law has destroyed my life mainly through the vicious cycle some of these convictions could create...I also have hundreds of hours of court room experience and can’t in good conscience hire another attorney because they can cut a deal because everybody’s part of “the club” after passing the bar and have no real passion for defending me or using any of my rights to protect me from my government...as a tax payer the police serve me...they’re not to chase and harass...the courthouse is mine and the Judge is there to serve me also by protecting my rights...but between the prosecutor, the judge, and any attorney I hire all conspire to get me plea out instead of creating a solid defense...I need help and don’t know where to turn....u seem to have an inherent desire to educate the public...however....I need further education!!!
